  • Handcrafted in Montreal: Each piece of our jewelry is lovingly handcrafted in our workshop located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
  • Processing Time (Regular Orders): Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for regular orders to be processed and prepared for shipment from the time we receive your order.
  • Processing Time (Custom & Exclusive): For custom and exclusive designs requiring extra care, processing can take up to 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience.
  • Important Information Regarding Pricing: Due to the dynamic nature of our sourcing and other factors, please be aware that our prices are variable and may be subject to change without prior notification. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Shipping to Canada: All orders destined for Canadian addresses are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Shipping to USA: Orders heading to addresses within the United States are shipped using USPS.
  • International Orders: International orders will be shipped using the best option available for your country. The specific carrier and estimated delivery timeframe will depend on the destination and the most efficient service at the time of shipment.

  • Regarding Potential Custom Fees:
    Please be aware that for international orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, there is a slight possibility that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees.
