Return and exchange policy:

• 5-Day Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• Condition of Items: All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them – unworn, unused, and free from any damage or alterations.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and protective materials.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Exclusions: Kindly note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on unique, custom-made creations, personalized or items marked as final sale.
• Cancellation: You have a 12-hour window from the time of your order to cancel without any restocking fees.
  

Error or defect:

If an error on our part should occur with your order or if you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at info@joaillerievcl.ca adding proof (photo) of the wrong item or the defective item. However, you must send proof the same day to confirm with us the error or defect of the product. If there is an error on our part, we will make the appropriate corrections to the product to be purchased free of charge.
